Phase 1: Discovery. We execute a comprehensive needs assessment, using information you provide in our Disaster Recovery Proposal Survey. In this phase, we identify and prioritize your item processing requirements to determine necessary system configurations.

Phase 2: Development. We prepare a proposal for your business, which is carefully drafted after a thorough analysis of your specific needs.

Phase 3: Presentation. Upon completion of the proposed plan, we meet with you to discuss our recommendations and determine, based on your input, if further revisions are required.

Phase 4: Implementation. Upon receipt of a signed agreement, we begin on-site testing and installation. Once your plan is tested and successfully implemented, we will issue you a "Document of Certification."
